Using the training area

The Training area includes recordings of The Gap training sprints and additional training resources.

The Training area

Navigate to Main menu >  > Training to access the training content.

Training Videos

The Training Videos folder contains all training videos. To watch a video, click the tile or name of the video you'd like to watch. The video will open in a popover; use the icons in the bottom right-hand corner to adjust the volume, quality, and speed, or make the video full screen. Use the X icon in the top right-hand corner to exit the video. 
  1. The Training Sprint Catalogue folder contains recordings of past training sprints, sorted by most recent
    1. Recordings are published on the Friday following the live training sprint
    2. After clicking play, click the link to download the workbook which appears in the top right-hand corner of the video, and use this to record notes
    3. Watch these recordings if you miss the live sprint, and use them to train your team
  2. The Getting Started folder contains videos demonstrating how to get set up in the portal
  3. The Service Delivery folder contains short videos demonstrating how to deliver the services
  4. The remaining folders contain videos organised according to our Implementation Pathways:
    1. Onboarding Efficiency: maximise engagement with new clients
    2. Holding Better Meetings: increase sales outcomes from your meetings
    3. Education Marketing: hold educational events that drive growth
    4. Delivering Advisory Services: deliver the Business Development Trifecta and more
    5. Capability Building: leverage your team to free up your time
    6. Best Practice Process: minimise scope stretch and get paid for everything you deliver

Live Training Sprints

Live training sprints are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Ensure you've blocked out this time in your calendar and prioritise it the same way you would a client meeting. You'll obtain much more value attending live as you can ask important questions of our presenters. Click the Live Training Sprints tile to register for the next training sprint.
