The Leadership area contains resources for your firm's leadership team to use internally to help you implement best practice in your firm.

Navigate  to  Main menu  >   >  Leadership to access the leadership content.

Making the most of the Leadership area

  1. Determine your firm's Gap Champion and utilise the Gap Champion content to introduce the team to The Gap.
  2. Develop your firm's Business Development Activity Plan then review and update quarterly.
  3. Create your firm's ideal organisation structure using the Organisation Chart templates, review this at least annually.
  4. Create a job description for every role in your firm, clearly identifying key responsibilities, tasks and KPIs.
  5. Send the Team Member Weekly Report template to all team members, requesting they complete and send it to their manager each week.
  6. Use the Performance Review Pre-work and Summary templates to conduct six-monthly or annual performance reviews.
  7. Send the Team Member Reflection Questionnaire at the end of each year then hold a team reflection session to review the highs and lows of the year.
