Using the mindset tools area

The Mindset Tools area contains branded mindset cards and short, explanatory mindset videos.
 

The Mindset Tools area


Navigate to Main menu > Mindset Tools to access the mindsets.  Alternatively, use the Search  feature in the Main menu toolbar to find a specific mindset. 
  1. The Mindset Catalogue contains all of the mindset cards and videos 
  2. The remaining folders contain mindset tools relevant to specific topics:
    1. Leadership
    2. Purpose & Core Values
    3. Organisational
    4. Time Management
    5. Business Growth
    6. Change Management
    7. Coaching
    8. Performance
    9. Conflict
    10. Marketing
    11. Sales
    12. Systemisation

The contents in this area are displayed in  tile   view by default. You can switch between tile   and list   views by hovering over the Mindset Tools header and selecting the icon.

Using mindset cards and mindset videos

  1. Mindset cards are a visual expression of a model, theory or principle
  2. Mindset videos provide a short explanation for additional context on when and how to use them
  3. Practise drawing mindsets on a flipchart to demonstrate to clients during meetings or workshops

Making the most of the Mindset Tools

  1. Gappies should start by committing to memory OARBED and The Achiever Matrix
  2. Practice presenting these mindsets on a paper flipchart or on an iPad with a stylus
  3. Commit to learning one new mindset a week
  4. Share key mindsets during team meetings and encourage team members to present them
  5. After reviewing a client's pre-work, find relevant mindsets and practise presenting them
  6. Explain mindsets during planning or coaching sessions to help clients grow personally and professionally
