Delivering the services

The  Bridges area is where you'll find the content to market, sell and deliver our Advisory services. We call our advisory products 'Bridges' as they bridge the gap between compliance services and services that create enduring value for your clients.  All of these services are suitable for typical SME clients.

To start, navigate to Navigation panel >  Bridges then click the badge for the relevant bridge.

What's in a Bridge?

Each bridge follows the same systemised process, with most bridges containing five folders and common documents: 
  1. Process: a button to download the Process Guide to show best practice use of the content.
  2. Marketing: collateral and templates to position the value of the service to clients.
  3. Selling: proposal scoping notes and proposal templates to send via the portal for clients to accept online.
  4. Delivery: everything needed to deliver the service including pre-work, guides, checklists, delivery notes, plans and meeting minutes, and the feedback forms.

Some of our bridges are set up differently to suit the workflow required for the content, including:

The Proactive Onboarding and Complimentary Client Review bridges

These two bridges are set up differently as a sale is generally the outcome of these meetings.
  1. Pre-work is in the Marketing folder
  2. Content to deliver the meeting, e.g. Admin Support Checklist, Delivery Notes and Meeting minutes, are in the Selling folder
  3. The Proactive Onboarding bridge has an Onboarding folder containing content to onboard new clients
  4. The Complimentary Client Review bridge has a Re-engage folder containing content to help minimise scope stretch and re-engage clients

The Annual Accounts Review bridge

This bridge doesn't have a Selling folder, as there is no proposal for this service; it should be delivered as part of the Annual Accounts preparation. 

The Gap Webinars, Seminars and Workshops bridges

These bridges have a folder for each webinar, seminar or workshop.
  1. Content within the bridges is listed in the same systemised order as other bridges
  2. Use the Webinar Templates bridge to deliver bespoke webinars
  3. Use the Event Management bridge to deliver bespoke seminars or workshops

Note
All  Bridges are available in all territories except the Trust Review bridge, which is only available in our Asia-Pacific territories, as it is New Zealand specific.

How to use a Bridge

  1. Select the bridge from Navigation panel >  Bridges or use the Search  feature in the Main menu toolbar to find a specific bridge or service.
  2. Review the Process Guide.
  3. Utilise the marketing content to promote the service.
  4. Send a proposal via the portal.
  5. Send pre-work 1-2 weeks prior to the session; follow up if not received on time.
  6. Use the remaining content in the Delivery folder to deliver the service to the client.
  7. Send the Feedback Form within 48 hours of delivering the service.
