Pricing your business development services
The
BD Pricing tab is where you can customise
Service Prices and
Sessions Per Annum for each
Business Development
service.
Attention
You must have administrator rights to access the portal areas referenced in this article.
To start, navigate to
Main menu >
>
Services & Pricing >
BD Pricing.
There are four columns in this tab:
- Service, which contains all Business Development services in the portal (these Services are not editable)
- Service Price, to input the price for each Service, if they haven't yet been set up in the Onboarding Services tab
- Sessions Per Annum, which contains a default number of sessions for each Service
- Price Per Session, which automatically calculates the price of each session based on the Service Price and Sessions Per Annum
Updating your BD Pricing
The
Service Price and
Sessions Per Annum will
automatically populate the proposals for that
Service. E.g. the
Service Price inputted for
Business Planning will pull through to all proposals offering the
Business Planning service; the
Service Price
and
Sessions Per Annum inputted for
Financial Awareness Coaching will pull through to all proposals offering the
Financial Awareness Coaching service.
- Find the Service, then click on the first input field and enter the price in the Service Price column.
- Review the default Sessions Per Annum and update if required. The Price Per Session will automatically calculate.
- Click Save at the bottom right of the page to save your changes.
Attention
All
prices should be
exclusive of tax. The tax inclusive price is automatically calculated in the proposal.
Note
You can overwrite prices and session numbers set in the
BD Pricing tab
during proposal creation
.
Setting your prices
The Gap
does not support or condone pricing discussions or collusion on price of any nature. All pricing decisions must be made independently of competitors and in accordance with the law. It is the responsibility of directors to ensure that their firm complies with local competition laws as prescribed by relevant governing bodies.
