Using the marketing area

The Marketing area contains content to develop and support your marketing strategy. 

The Marketing area


Navigate to Main menu > Marketing to access the marketing content. 
  1. Advisor Marketing Resources contains a Guide to Marketing Your Firm, content to develop your Marketing Plan and monitor results, and a range of collateral to market your services internally and externally
  2. Proposal Branding contains Word templates to create cover pages and back pages to beautify your proposals
  3. The Gap + BOMA contains information about using the BOMA marketing platform, recordings of webinars held with BOMA, and a catalogue of Gap articles published in BOMA

The contents in this area are displayed in  tile   view by default. You can switch between tile   and list   views by hovering over the Marketing header and selecting the icon.

Making the most of the Marketing area

  1. Review the Guide to Marketing Your Firm to make the most of the marketing content available.
  2. Provide key team members with a copy of the Cue Cards.
  3. Utilise print or digital Service Cards to display in your reception and boardroom.
  4. Update your website with information about your Business Development services using the Generic Web Copy.
  5. Create your proposal cover pages and back covers.
  6. Develop your Marketing Plan, set your budget, plan your marketing campaigns and set and monitor your KPIs.
  7. Check out the BOMA marketing platform with a 14 day free trial.
