Fixing PDFs that incorrectly display blank pages
Important info
If the height
of a row exceeds the size of a PDF page, the PDF document will render incorrectly. It will contain numerous blank pages with some of the text will running across the page margin.
To fix your document, open it from your
Working Files
and split the text into additional rows:
- Click on the row that contains the text you wish to split. The table toolbar popover will appear at the bottom of the row.
- Click Row > 'Insert row below' or Cell > 'Horizontal split'.
- Cut and paste some of the text in the new row (it's likely there will be a natural paragraph or section break within the row).
- Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.
- Click the Preview button at the bottom of the page and check to ensure the PDF now renders correctly.
- Click Next or Action.
