Creating service plans

To set up your  Service Plans, go to Navigation panel Services & Pricing Service Plans. The Service Plans tab is where you can group together different services to create service plans. You must finalise your Onboarding Services prior to setting up your service plans.
  1. By default there are three service plans, with all services toggled off
  2. You can create as many service plans as you need
Attention
You must have Administrator rights to access the portal areas referenced in this article.

Important info
Ensure you've set up your  Onboarding Services before setting up your  Service Plans as they're populated by the Onboarding Services list.



Editing a Service Plan name


  1. Hover over the name of the service plan at the top of the Service Plans tab so the action icons appear.
  2. Click Edit Service Plan Name .
  3. Type in the new service plan name.
  4. Click out of the Service Plan name field to automatically save changes.

Customising a Service Plan

  1. You can add entire service categories or individual services to your Service Plans
  2. A Grey toggle  button means the service is not enabled for a plan; a Green toggle  button means the service is enabled for that plan

Adding or removing all services in a service category

  1. To add all services in a service category to a service plan, scroll to find the service category in the first column of the Service Plans tab (note: service categories are written in bold font).
  2. Find the toggle  button in the same row of the service category and in the desired Service Plan column click the toggle button on 
  3. To remove a service category from a service plan, click the toggle  button again.
  4. To remove specific services within the service category, click the toggle  button next to each service to switch off.
  5. All changes are saved automatically.

Adding or removing specific Services 

  1. To add an individual service to a service plan, click the toggle  button next to the Service.
  2. To remove a service from a service plan, click the toggle  button again.

Adding a Service Plan

  1. Click the Add Service Plan button in the top right corner, below the Main Menu. A new service plan column will appear on the right-hand side of the existing ones.
  2. Rename the new service plan by following the steps in the "Editing a Service Plan name" section above.

Deleting a Service Plan

Warning
A deleted service plan cannot be restored.
  1. Hover over the service plan name at the top of the Service Plans tab so the action icons appear.
  2. Click Delete Service Plan .
  3. Click OK on the popover prompt.
Tip
Upon setting up your service plans, use the Print button at the top right to download a PDF record of your servcie plans.
